Abstract

  • The abstract must be no longer than one A4 page, including the title and author information.
  • It should contain 150–250 words and 3–5 keywords.
  • It should describe the objective, methodology, and main results of the work.
  • Do not include figures, tables, equations, or references.

Full Paper

The paper must use an A4, single-column layout. The recommended structure is: abstract and keywords, introduction, methods, results, conclusions, and references.

Figures, tables, and equations should be numbered. References should be cited using numbers in square brackets, for example [1]. The reference list should follow the order in which the sources are first cited.

Using the Templates

Word: Replace the sample text in the DOCX file with your own content. Use the built-in Kando styles; do not modify the margins or font sizes.

LaTeX: Use the complete contents of the ZIP package, including the class file. In Overleaf, select XeLaTeX as the compiler, then click Recompile.

Before submission, remove all placeholder content, check the numbering, and review every page of the final PDF.

Submission

Registration and abstract submission are available under the Events menu. Full paper upload becomes available after the abstract has been accepted.
